When wiring up houses know your loads to apply the apropriate breakers. To many appliances on one breaker wont work 

Top power supply is 220v 60hz
First top light = water heater 4,500w
Second top light = central air 3,500w
Third top light = dryer 3,000w
Fouth top light = oven 3,500w

Bottom power supply is 120v 60hz
First bottom light = light bulb 60w
Second bottom light = microwave 1000w
Third bottom light = hair dryer 1200w
Fourth bottom light = approximately what my phone charger uses 7.8w
Fifth bottom light = 42in. led tv 79w

you can do what my tenants did and swap the fuse wire with copper wire

Dont feel bad my landlord has no main breaker on my box hasent been update since it was built probably
