Pro: Simple to build. Very low harmonic distortion. Con: Max efficiency only 25% by sinus and max modulation.

The distortion start under 100Hz, too much for a class A

Looks like class A to me, Wikipedia has some information also https://en.m.wikipedia.org/?title=Amplifier#Class_A

I don't see distortion at 100Hz, just some phase shift and a little drop in gain, perhaps it was updated?

If you want low distortion you have to give up simplicity and vice versa. The same stands for efficiency versus distortion.

I don't normally think of gain and phase changes as distortion, but wikipedia said they are. So maybe this simple class A amp should say low harmonic distortions to be more specific.

Yes I meant low harmonic distortion. Sorry.

It's not even that. As i said, even in class A there are certain requirements to obtain low distortion. For starters the collector resistor introduces very high amount of the overall noise. A constant current source would be more suitable for instance. The emitter should also have a constant current source. Basically all but the bias chain should not be a passive resistance.
