The 2 logic pins on the left (top and bottom) represent 2 Arduino pins. When both are LOW, or both are HIGH, the motor will not move (Blue LED is on). When top pin is HIGH and bottom pin is LOW, motor will spin forward (Green LED is on). When top pin is LOW and bottom pin is HIGH, the motor will spin in reverse (Red LED is on).
