AM wave achieved by using "square law modulator" technique, the nMOS used is the square law device. Idk why op of coil is in few millivolts even if inputs are above 50V... That's why I used Opamp for gain of 100. Av(voltage gain) = 1 + R2/R1 R1 is the grounded one wrt. Opamp What can be corrected? Pls do comment!

Normally the amplitude of the modulated wave isn't higher than the amplitude of the modulating wave.
