If we raise the value of voltage nothing happens to the led coz of the transistor but if we make change of the resistor than watch the led

I don't get it i change resistance and voltage' watch the led during those and notice nothing unusual so what's the point?? Maybe i miss somethig or not undestand u precisely. If so please correct my point of view .

If we raise the voltage the led continue to flash even if we make a high value of voltage ex 800 V. But if we change the value of resistor the led dont flash anymore. The first thing happens coz of the transistor.It doenst let the high voltage to go through it.Hope u got me

That is not how a transistor works. Go ahead and try this in real life. Even with 0-12V. I hope you like watching things blow up.

Normally if talking theoretically about idealized models any ideal led hooked to voltage source will never stop emmits light as voltage rise with or without transistor at all. Yet a resitor always even if voltag is tremendous is possible at some value to damp current below holding current of diode and it stops emmit light. Transistor only reshape this situation preventing high current build up when voltage rise due to transistor saturation for given BE controll voltage whose at this example is constant . Yet it not protect from current damping by resistance so raising resistance will drop current below light level
