Full Bridge Feedback SSTC

With bootstrapping CMOS inverters driving high side gates plus a rail-to-rail inverter distributing feedback to the LHS. The diode half bridge at the bottom clamps feedback from the secondary to within the supply rails. The turns ratio is ~sqrt(1000) so the xfmr should be dual resonant so long as primary capacitance is 1000 times secondary.

If the base of your secondary is connected to the gates of some MOSFETs, wouldn’t they just die from over voltage?

That's what the diodes are for. They clamp the feedback between the supply rails. Even so, you are right that it's not the best way. Other options are to use an antenna to get feedback straight from the e-filed, or most sensibly, to simply use a small ferrite gate-drive transformer instead of direct coupling.
