Cut Off Over and Under Voltage

I did a circuit to cut off power supply from flowing to the lamp if there is over voltage (if you set more than 35V) or under voltage (if you set less than 32V). You can adjust this over and under voltage value at relay and MOFSET respectively. Relay will prevent over voltage, MOFSET will prevent under voltage.
