This is a very easy circuit, just 1 transistor, but the mean is that if you toggle 1, the 1 you toggled with be active, but if you click the same, nothing happens, but the other one will make sense, this will otherwise cut the circuit and make no flow to transistor, and the other will make some flow into the transistor, so the flow can get pass activate an relay wich makes makes it self-powered at the circuit at the transistor, but cutting it will cut the flow allow no flow to transistor, then the "Gate" is closed
