Simulates how a power window circuit operates in an automobile. On the left is the driver's control module. Upper switches respectively move the left and right motors clockwise; lower switches, counter-clockwise. The switch to the right of the left motor is the cutout switch which disables the controls on the passenger window control module, located on the right. Additionally, there is a logic input, which represents BCM controls. Using these, a BCM can control the windows independent of the pushbutton controls.

My 1968 Chrysler power windows simply reversed current to DC motor. Looks overkill on circuitry.

Newer vehicles use this setup so the BCM can also control the windows. Tell me, does your 1968 Chrysler have a BCM?
