You're killing 3.19 amps for that 20mA LED 0_o

Use the stoner friendly 420 Ohm directly from the 12V to power the LED perfectly

Stop raping the transistor and the power source. I must say this is utterly and mostly inefficient

Hehhe you're right but I'm using this circuit the LED and dicativo .... not for my purpose I needed that output was up 3.6 v
