Just a simple DTL Driver, uses paired NPN and PNP transistors. Nearly no leakage when off.
The resistors determine how much power flows, but this should be fine for most low voltage logic. Decrease the 150Ω if you need more current. Tops out around 80mA, after that do the others starting with the 4.7kΩ.
