Sometimes the LEDs blink but sometimes they are not blinking like they are supposed to.

First u should increas the value of the resistors at the leds to at least 220 Ohms to get them (leds) running in their specs. Now it should start to blink relativly slow. To control the speed of the blinking (defined by the charing time of the capacitors) u can either decrease all resistors or the capacitance.

If you restart the simulation and it doesnt start blinking u need to set a trigger for example to add an switch parallel to the circute(just for simulation) or use different values for the resistors: instead of 24k both ->1. 10k 2. 15k and then adjust the other resistors.

Reduce the capacitors to 100uF and increase the resistors to 68k.
