This was my problem .. Read it if you want:-

This is a register .. I saw some circuits where the output and the input are the same wire .. How can i do that with this .. I can't just connect them ..
For example in cpu .. Registers have i/o .. So they can receive and output using the same wire ..
......
You see that the output returns to the input and not to the led .. I dont want to put a diode on the bus
