Sure. Why not? The wave transforms at a very slow oscillation in and out of various phases at a constant rate. Over long periods of time this wave will completely change its shape as well as return to original form. This happens in a bistable fashion. The wave is self inverting but can be tuned using bandpass filters to clip at any angular frequency. Multiple voltage taps can be let off either pole. This could be turned into a modified SSG design by capturing flyback from the load in a condenser array and using a differential amplifier with a comparator, send the difference in potential between the ground and the positive on the battery as vout to satisfy the charge difference from the battery ground terminal to its hot terminal. Or its emf potential.
