You can look my project. Its name is basit kronometre. I used 555 timer.

Connect pin 6 and 2 and change resistor's parameters because it's really slow

I don't know why duplicate capacitors and separated Trigger and Threshold RC circuits. Note that a high voltage on Trigger forces Output low and Discharge pull-down.

It is very unusual to connect capacitor for RC circuits to positive rail ie Vcc.

The lamp is set to 1.5 volts. Try adjusting it to 12 volts, and select a modest power, like 0.12 Watts.
