It uses the memory from the charge built into the metal-oxide in the Metal-Oxide Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistors(MOSFETs). It is a three-bit memory, multiply it by 1,000,000 at least to get normal memory to operate. Metal-Oxide Memory(MOM), just kidding. Lol.
