Для настройки весь смысл какой вот эта катушка если она не дамотана её можно коротить чем нибудь, т.е. можно туда поставить ключь и им подбирать, т.е. если не правильно намотано то можно ключем это байкотировать. Если она правильно намотано то она сама по себе вот амперметр уйдёт в обратку и на конденсатор который питающий пойдёт и он начнёт заряжаться.
На L2 можно повесить небольшую нагрузку и она будет работать и светить лампочка.
