Tail Light Powers Trunk Light

Easy to wire lamp in top of trunk (or button, if English) with an insulated light socket with NC switch bracket to your car by connecting to tail light already in trunk.  Have car headlights turned on and trunk lamp comes on when you lift trunk lid and NC switch makes contact.
