Two wires to transmit power and data. Here is an example with a square wave. You can change the square wave generator for a transmitter. Green cable is receptor's Vcc and blue and orange are data for receptors. The gap is the physical separation between both. The bottom resistor and capacitor can be changed to improve the losing rate or for faster charge. I made it for a digital scalextric.
