It's a very different structure so you can't make a bjt equivalent. This is a crazy simplification, but they both work by electrically manipulating the depletion layers between the semiconductor material. Bjts thin the layer to pass current while mosfets expand it to create a conducting channel, when voltages are placed across the layers. It's more complicated in reality but that's the basics.
