Circuit A is recommended to use a Schottky diode between the BJTs and the output can be either with BJT or with mosfet. a BC337/BC327 pair or AO3406/AO3407. Circuit B simpler and functional. The BJT PNP on the gate Power MOSFET helps with the switch off.
Both can be used for high frequency. 🇧🇷

AO3400/3401 are even better. Very similar specs and same package but with max drain current of 5.8A instead of 3.6A. Pretty crazy for something that weighs like 10mg.
