The inverters and led displays on the right are to show  0 = ROM : 1 = Ram bank 1 : 2 = Ram bank 2 : 3 = Ram bank 3. The components on the left is the circuit with the logic sources as address lines top A15 lower is A14. Again note to all new comers to Everycircuit.
