I'm glad someone noticed the counter :) @jdjsiixnzsp it's any idea amended from hurz and nikisalli but made better :P it oscillates coz of the inverter clocking the load and shifting itself, not a good explanation but best copy it and then is easier to understand, if you improve on it anyway please post I would be interested to see 8)

The 2 OR gates is to inject a logic 1 into the remainder 3 shift registers when they are blank

This counter oscillators are great, you eliminate a whole lot of logic with this babies. :)
