Uses two constant current circuits in cascade to regulate 100 mA LED current within 0.01% with a supply voltage varying from 11.0-16.0 V. Note that slow supply voltage changes are regulated even better. The 53.3 Ohm resistor was selected to produce three significant digits precision on the current scale. The 1 megohm resistor guarantees startup.
