This is PMOS version of traditional Cross Coupled Dickson Charge Pump. The circuit aims to produce 2*Vdd voltage at output. It is taken from "A PMOS-Switch based charge pump, allowing lost cost
Implementation on a CMOS standard process,Racapé,Daga,2005". In charge pump circuits,body leakage caused by non-isolated NMOS transistors has high possibility. Main advantage of this circuit is absence of NMOS transistors. Enjoy!
