Vcc power circuit help

this is a mocked up circuit from a device i'm trying to repair, the lamp represents the Vcc voltage which is marked on the pcb as 6v, the monemtary switch represents an unknown sot23-5 marked "50" which has a 9v supply not shown.  Cannot figure out how the 2sb1370 transitor drops to 6 volts?
