Maybe you have to verify this on a breadboard. But here in simulation most of these circuits are oscillating when button is continues pressed, like this version. Check it at 50ms/s simspeed.

Can somebody tell me the correct sizes of the MOSFET and the transistors to buy to run the circuit at 6 V to turn on Arduino on and off.
