Help needed with MOSFET Pull-up Pull-down Control

I am trying to drive this MOSFET which is meant to control a 100V load. Given that the gate threshold voltage is 4V and 10V potential difference across VGS is controlled by a simple Zener diode, I am struggling with maintaining a 10V potential at the gate and I think that the Pull-up BJT is responsible as the VCE is as high as it were to be for the off-state condition of the control transistor (while the logic signal is high anyway). Can anyone please solve this chicken neck for me? Edit: I have sorted the problem temporarily. Apparently changing the logic level of the gates and the logic signal somehow directly drive the output voltage of logic BJTs (even if I try using logic MOSFETs in the place). I still didn't fully figure out why this is happening though. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to width of the mosfet setting and change the value to 50 um, your sircuit is working perfect.

Thanks. I have sorted the problem temporarily. Apparently changing the logic level of the gates and the logic signal somehow directly drive the output voltage of logic BJTs (even if I try using logic MOSFETs in the place).
