All LEDs are 20ma and 2v and need a current limiting resistor. In your circuit 3.7v-2v=1.7v÷20ma=85ohms

Correction, in EC, the default LEDs are 20ma and 2v, you can change these settings as required or to line up with data sheet specifications, but as wyoelk states, whatever specifications the LEDs are set to, current limiting resistors are required, and can be selected using the method he has demonstrated above.
