A simple two input AND GATE.  Connect both switches to let the light glow. It means (1AND1)=1 i.e. only when both switches are at on state then only the result is 1

I think that this model is rather far away from official And gate valid ideality definition. Ofcoz i asume that u want to follow "official party line" when creating this one. If not just give note and there was no qeustion.
