Try adding a small resistance for sim
colloquiallyineffable

You also cant sim without a reference on at least one supply terminal

If 3 sources are 120 degrees opposed then they are not going to create a short-circuit. Adding a load or a resistance to the circuit should not be necessary. But just the same, I tried to make it transform only to arrive at the same conclusion from the sim. It is capable of producing Y 3-phase but not Delta.

I have seen this also. Most 3 phase delta that I have seen is 480V phase to phase not 277V phase to phase (480/277V is a 4 wire service with 480V ph to ph and 277 ph to ground). I have seen 240V phase to phase delta also. I have seen this floated with no ground but this is unsafe. 3 phase delta should be corner grounded. That means grounding one of the phases, then mark the grounded phase everywhere it goes. The circuit will work with one phase grounded because everycircuit needs to have a ground. In real services it is a good idea to have a ground point to bond equipment to. This grounded phase carries current.

You don't ground delta unless it is a high leg
