Cut the bottom line between the junction of the ground and the junction of the leds. Put the negative line from the leds and cap between the two diodes on bottom left of diode Bridge. It doesn't matter which side the ground is on from ac or DC side.

Nice circuit! It's really acting as a half wave rectifier instead of a full wave rectifier(diode bridge). Full wave rectifiers have diodes on negative and positive side. So AC doesn't share a common with DC.
