Intended to demonstrate the capacitance/delay of the MOSFET but I don't understand the parameters. Help?

add capacitor components to the drain-gate and gate-source to simulate input/output capacitance

where can i find a definition of the mosfet parameters? They don't match anything in the datasheet for my particular mosfet?
