Might want a motorcycle to get away from that bomb. WWII had the Aniseed Ball Timer on the Limpet mine. The Aniseed Ball (a hard round sweet candy) with hole drilled through candy to hold spring-type detonator apart while you swim in river around the boats which the army is guarding attaching magnet mines below waterlines of targets. Careful testing of Aniseed ball dissolving time should give 30 or 35 minutes to plant bombs and get away from guards. Cover ball with plastics sleeve until attached to target. Resistance Forces can get creative.
