winter is coming, here is my take on a car charger . charger should be on all night, now, you have the power to start when you need to , just remember to unplug before you drive . works with an ac adapter 18-21 V ac

You have 20 volt line power supply or 220 rms power supply?

Yes it is posible to makke it With a dc or ac adapter from 17v to 25v, you May have to remove the resistor 1,5K to 2K to the led. you can also see whether you have contact with the battery before you turn on the adapter , the LED will light up
