Dc to ac converter test 110 wanted

Dc to ac converter smooth wave but long start and way to high voltage please give advice to fix want 110v ac.

Ok played around with the circuit a bit got one to work, gets up to speed in about 150ms, remembering that 110V is about 154V peak or +&- 154V, Adjusted fet, cap, and transformers, ended up with +&- 153V and 59.1Hz. Close enough. Big problem though is that the voltmeter is in series with the output circuit. Tried to substitute a resistor, but anything under 100M just loads the voltage down. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5343817772564480

I checked out your curcuit and yes that's what I needed. However I see a second problem I have no amps?
