Can someone tell me if this is open collector ouput with 24V? I need to know for my other project, where I send signals with open collector output with 24V attached to it, and on the other side is optocoupler for receiving signals... Can someone explain to me, why is here normal logic? For me, in my head I think it need to work oposite... Whet transistor is "off", then the LED works, otherwise the circuit is shorted with transistor and LED won't work... Thank you!
