Negative resistor? If you're referring to the fact that the current is flowing the opposite direction it is because the op amp is putting out more voltage than the power supply. It will continue to do this until you raise the voltage of the voltage supply over 15 volts, because 15 volts is the most the op amp supplies (you can change that value though), then the current will flow the other way.

U r correct. I was just showing you how can u make this -R visualisation. It helps a lot in making lossless integrators and differentiators due to this NIC.
