Nice and simple. Adding two clipping diodes in parallel to the resistor will limit the output of the differentiation stage. Thus, the circuit can also be used for high frequencies up to several kHz.

Thanks for your advice. I think it's a good idea for a signal based on sign wave, like audio. But you have to care when the signal is pulse wave. Then some overshoot voltage may appear. Because diodes have little capacitance. I've set the bigger value of the capacitor to show a clear differentiation output, but in actual, it's OK if there is an enough voltage for the next comparator works. A small capacitor may be good for the response. I think everything depends on its purpose. Please see http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6472736211206144 .
