During the positive cycle Vout (max)= 4V+ Vd Vcapacitor = 12v -(4v+Vd) = 7.3V During the negative cycle the output get voltage supply from the input and capacitor Vout = Vi -7.3V = -12V- 7.3V = - 19.3V
