Hard to model here. Remove the extra sources and directly connect the supply lines on the OP amp. R47k on top should go to +5 to +15 V and R47k on bottom should be to the negative supply as well as ground. 4 ohm resistor is representative of the supplied load. Hope this works out for someone. Note that this circuit requires C1 & C2. Therefore it will amplify a fluctuating AC signal but not a DC signal. Courtesy of Forrest M. Mims mini engineering notebook; Vol 1.
