Teóricamente el tiempo que toma el LED en apagarse es de:
tw = 1.1(R1)(C1) = 1.1(150000)(100uF) = 16.5s

Pero fue demostrado prácticamente que el tiempo es de 9.5s.

Nota: el simulador no apagara el LED una vez que este haya prendido.
