Each rising edge of the clock, the circuit increase of 1 bit the digit. Each flip flop JK reverses the output in corrispondence of falling erge of clock.

Ogni ciclo di salita di clock permette di aumentare di un bit la cifra. Ogni clip flop JK commuta l'uscita in funzione dei fronti  di discesa del clock che arriva dal l'uscita precedente
