Full wave rectifier please help

I don't understand what is the problem why this led not going to on.suggest me please.

The led arrow need to point to the flow of power which is from source to ground. And your transformer needs adjusting.

For a step down transformer, the primary needs to have more winding numbers than the secondary. For a step up its the opposite.

Reverse the led and put a current limiting resistor in series for a maximum of 20 milliamps

50 kHz at 233 peak ????? Correct to 50 Hz at 319 Vp, then invert led polarity and insert a resistor in series to led, just to flow 20mA, around 50kohm at 840 volt. In the end increase time speed. But it remains just a little absurd increase voltage from 220 AC rms to over 800 volt DC to enlight a led...
