Probably and perhaps rightly, he decided to use another platform, in this case the EC app lost a real electronics expert and in exchange it gained a team of kindly fun people. I learned a lot from the one and nothing from the latters. Igor decided rightly to put some order here after a very very long period of total his absence, probably firstly to defend the economic value of his app. Its a good thing anyway his presence. It's no good we cannot take advantage of hurz's knowledge. This is how the world goes.

There is plenty of room here for all kinds of circuits, Fun circuits and serious circuits they all have their merits in one way or another, not everyone is studying here, some like me are here for the Fun factor and some are here to learn what they can for their career, we just need to give each a piece of the 🍰.....🎈....!!

What led @hurz to leave EC? Maybe it's too basic for him? Or was he banned?

Unless I’ve missed something, Igor banned him for an few days’. Presume he’ll be back soon unless he takes umbrage at being banned and decides not to return.

Electronic prowess is no substitution for respectful discourse. There are many expert electronic users here on EC who would gladly step up and share their knowledge in a respectful manner. EC is better off without obnoxious rude and condescending expert uses.

Yes, undoubtedly @hurz made good schemes and offered interesting solutions. But, his communication style and vulgar attitude towards other participants of Everycircuit, as well as the use of foul language repels and kills the desire to exchange ideas, although they may seem at first glance to be erroneous. I hope he will overestimate his attitude, and will certainly please everyone again with his ideas.

It's true. But he is a great source of knowledge, though his communication skills are undoubtably poor. Before @hurz is back, it would be ideal to delete the comments blaming him as he would start his conversation here too. Any slight objection will be amplified and fed back to the person who objects him. It's a chance for "him" (for the sake of protection from disastrous personal attacks, I will not reveal who is this "him") to change and share his knowledge in a more positive way. But I'm afraid that he would personally target me if he reads my comment...

I don’t believe the goalposts should be moved closer for individuals who disrespect users within the EC community. Everyone, regardless of the electronics knowledge, is accountable for their behaviour when participating in community forums, as previously stated, there are many other respectful electronic experts who are willing to share their knowledge in a respectful manner.

Will lenzrulz be back? It is true that he was banned due to external influence due to some reason. Lenzrulz didn't agree with hurz and this was what caused this vulgar and boaring verbal conflict. But still, I don't know why he was banned...

Then you need to be more consistent, in my " Water level and alarm " circuit, just before you gave me a ban, giomix accused digital_electronics of being Lenzrulz, and putting up spam, but you didn't even warn him or anything, l'm wondering why is that??

@Igor, moderation isn’t easy as you’ve been experiencing, does the automation software filter out certain words, will the process still require manual input in certain circumstances?

@didital_electronics, complete automation is probably beyond what available technology can do. What we have in mind is that everyone in this Community should be able to report comments and once sufficient number of votes is received, the comment will be automatically blocked. I imagine that some community members will have more weight to their vote, ultimately a single vote from an admin user may be enough. We'll see how it goes and adjust.

Ok Igor, I think I have not used any offensive word or concept in my comment above but you considered it as inappropriate. You have been far from community moderation for several years when all asked you to be here and now is not possible express an opinion that no media would ever dream of censoring. @ted, as you know my point of view does not consider the reason for which people is here, for fun or serious or how much one is expert or beginner. My point of view is how much a behavior of a man is honest in relationship with the others, even if a virtual relationship. To be rude is not good, but to be dishonest is worse, on my personal opinion.

Hi, totally off topic, anyone noticed that TV here isn't a electrolytic capacitor and no antenna? Oh and how you can not use radio waves as a means power a circuit. Any feed back would be appreciated thanks .
