48v Power Supply

Newish to electronics and this tool, this is supposed to take in US 120vac and convert it to 48vdc. The end project is 48v phantom power for XLR mic. Following a schematic to see what it is actually doing as it doesn't seem to have the expected diode rectifier. I don't know how to configure the parts properly and the specs don't match the terms so I can't get it to work. This was the list of parts but its for 2 circuits.
