Again, nothing can be perfect, every component will waste energy in some way, this might solve your problems, it might not, I would recommend hooking the battery to this first then plugging it in because otherwise you will send 220DC through the battery and poof

A few minutes ago i got two 30uF caps. No choke. However, i dont think i have the right diodes ;-)

BTW, use only a cap on one side doubles the capacity and the charge current

Updated with your input, I normally use the double method just for isolation purposes, but neutral is safe enough lol
