Circuit 1 uses a 1kV #Vs Voltage Source to mimic a power plant and 2 circuits, each with a shunt resistor #Rs1 and #Rs2.
The first circuit is purely resistive, while circuit 2 has a capacitor in parallel. This causes an increase in peak current to circuit 2.
