At the beginning of the simulation you have to use the potentiometer between the two voltage sources. If you dont use it the output will be zero. Additionally the potentiometer changes the puls width if you turn it to one of the voltage sources. The other two potentiometers are used to increase the frequency. If you change the frequency you have to change the dimulation time too.
