This is a 12v LED RGB panel with 5 sets of 3 in parallel. It maintains about 18mA per LED with only 3 drop resistors. Total current draw almost 900mA so power is under 12W. The LEDs are not being driven at max so the panel should last longer. The panel should be able to be controlled by any 12v RGB controller. Also the resistors are stanard values and should be easy to find.
